You may be required to provide valid photographic ID on entry. Accepted forms of ID include:

  • Passport
  • UK driving licence
  • PASS-accredited proof of age card
  • If valid ID cannot be produced when requested, entry may be refused without refund.

If valid ID cannot be produced when requested, entry may be refused without refund.

3. Entry, Capacity & Venue Policies

Entry is subject to:

  • Venue capacity
  • Venue security procedures
  • Compliance with licensing conditions

The venue and Promoter reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, illegal, or excessively intoxicated.

No refund will be issued to anyone refused entry or removed from the Event in accordance with this clause.

Where a last entry time is advertised, it must be strictly adhered to. Arrival after the stated last entry time may result in refusal of entry without refund.

4. No Re-Entry Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Fruitylicious events operate a no re-entry policy. Once you have entered the venue, you will not be permitted to leave and re-enter using the same ticket.

This policy is in place for licensing, safety, and security reasons. No refunds will be issued if you choose to leave the venue.

5. Zero Tolerance on Illegal Substances

Fruitylicious operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused entry or removed from the Event and may be reported to the police. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. Searches may be conducted in line with venue licensing requirements.

6. Tickets & Resale

  • Tickets must be purchased through authorised sellers only.
  • Tickets must not be resold for profit or commercial gain without written permission from the Promoter.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets that are resold in breach of this condition.

In these cases:
