We’re excited to see our next Fruitylicious Open Decks featured in the Island Echo!
Taking place at The Pavilion, Ryde on Saturday 12th September, Open Decks is all about giving DJs the opportunity to get out of the bedroom and play in front of a live audience — whether they’re experienced behind the decks or performing in public for the very first time.
This time we’re putting a particular focus on the next generation of DJs, with the first six 30-minute slots between 6pm and 9pm reserved for under-18s. After that, the decks are open to the grown-ups until 11pm.
The Island Echo spoke to DJ Moomin about why Fruitylicious is bringing Open Decks back following the success of our first event earlier this year, and our plans to make this one bigger and better at The Pavilion.
